One of the things I’ve come to appreciate most about this career is that the work rarely stops with the person who creates it.

A template becomes the starting point for a designer halfway around the world. A brand system helps someone make a confident decision without needing to ask for permission. A framework turns a complicated project into something a team can actually rally around. Before long, something you built quietly becomes part of how other people do their best work.

Working alongside global creative teams taught me that lesson over and over again. The most meaningful contribution isn’t being the person everyone depends on. It’s leaving behind something useful enough that they don’t have to.

If the work I’ve done has made someone else’s job a little easier, given them more confidence, or helped them create something they’re proud of, that’s the kind of impact I hope to have.
