Following a design process is essential for the success of a project, whether you're creating a new brand identity, website, or even a simple business card. Regardless of the type of project, following a simple and proven process will position us for success.

Step One

Discovery

The first step to any design project is a discovery session. This is where we work closely together in order to gain a better understanding of your business as well as to uncover the strengths and weaknesses.

What is your why? Why do you do what you do? Why should it matter to your customers? By asking yourselves questions like this, we will work together to identify what your customers value the most and make sure what we create is aligned to your customers’ needs.

The information uncovered during the discovery session will allow us to create more effective and meaningful strategies in the next step.
